This gathering is an invitation into deep self-love and remembrance.
Together, we will honor every version of ourselves — the ones who survived, softened, hardened, hoped, grieved, and kept going — all the women we have been on the path to who we are now.

Through a somatic womb clearing, gentle movement, and guided embodiment, we’ll create space to release what no longer needs to be carried and to offer gratitude to the parts of us that brought us here.

This is a space to be witnessed, to soften into your body, and to welcome the next becoming with tenderness and trust.

Come as you are. Every part of you is welcome here.

The kids are off to school. The day opens up again. And underneath the quiet, you may feel a longing for more—more meaning, more energy, more of you.

Join us for Discover Your Zone of Genius, a 2-hour workshop for those who are ready to move beyond simply being capable and begin living with greater aliveness and fulfillment in this season of life. This is not about doing more or striving harder, but about reconnecting with what is most true for you—what energizes you, comes naturally, and creates a sense of ease and impact when you are fully in it.

Led by Peggy Hart, Conscious Relationship Coach, this workshop offers space for reflection, insight, and practical tools to help you recognize where you may be stuck in excellence while feeling drained, and what gently pulls you back into alignment. Together, you’ll explore what your Zone of Genius might be, the patterns that block it—like over-functioning, people-pleasing, or perfectionism—and simple ways to protect your energy through clear boundaries and honest requests. Expect meaningful conversation, moments of laughter, and a grounded plan for moving toward a more energized, aligned life at work and at home. Inspired by The Big Leap by Gay Hendricks.

Join us for a Gyrokinesis class designed to gently awaken your entire system and bring you into greater balance.

Through flowing, rhythmic movement coordinated with breath, this practice invites a sense of calm, ease, and mental clarity. Movements are done on a mat and chair, allowing you to move at your own pace while listening closely to your body and cultivating awareness from the inside out.

Led by Leslie, a lifelong dancer and certified Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis instructor, this class offers an introduction to the Gyrokinesis method through simple spinal sequences, legwork, and standing movements. Leslie brings years of experience and a deep love for this practice, creating a supportive environment where participants can explore movement that nourishes the body, steadies the nervous system, and leaves you feeling grounded and refreshed.

No prior experience is needed—just a willingness to move, breathe, and reconnect.

Want less drama and more connection in your relationships—at work, at home, in parenting, with a partner, or with family and friends?

Join us for this 2-hour Introduction to Drama-Free Relationships workshop, where you’ll explore what happens when stress pulls you out of presence and into reactive patterns. Together, we’ll gently name the ways we slip into familiar roles—trying to fix, defend, or withdraw—and how those patterns often create more tension instead of relief. This isn’t about blame or shame; it’s about learning to notice what’s happening with curiosity and compassion.

Led by leadership and relationship coach Peggy Hart, this workshop offers practical tools to help you catch reactivity sooner and return to presence in real time. You’ll learn a simple four-question practice that builds self-awareness, a shared language for what’s happening under stress, and approachable ways to shift from fear to trust using breath, body awareness, and clear communication. You’ll leave with greater clarity, more choice in the moment, and tools you can use immediately to create healthier, more connected relationships.

This workshop offers gentle, guided nervous system practices that support healing from trauma and chronic stress held in the body.

When life has been overwhelming or prolonged stress has taken its toll, the body can remain tense, guarded, or exhausted. This class creates space to slow down, reconnect, and allow the body to move toward greater ease and regulation.

Led by Dr. Terri Miller, a psychologist, educator, and Certified Mind-Body Medicine Facilitator with decades of experience supporting individuals and communities through stress and crisis, participants will be guided through meditation and breathwork, imagery, reflective dialogue, creative expression, and time for connection.

✨Join us for a supportive, confidence-building class designed to help you feel calm, informed, and prepared as you approach infant feeding.

This class offers clear, evidence-based guidance on breastfeeding basics, what to expect in the early newborn days, and how to recognize and respond to your baby’s feeding cues.

Partners and support people are warmly encouraged to attend, creating a shared foundation of knowledge and reassurance as you prepare to care for your baby together.

This class is taught by Katie Coffey, RN, IBCLC, who brings over a decade of experience in maternal and acute care, along with the lived experience of being a mom of four.
