The kids are off to school. The day opens up again. And underneath the quiet, you may feel a longing for more—more meaning, more energy, more of you.

Join us for Discover Your Zone of Genius, a 2-hour workshop for those who are ready to move beyond simply being capable and begin living with greater aliveness and fulfillment in this season of life.

This is not about doing more or striving harder, but about reconnecting with what is most true for you—what energizes you, comes naturally, and creates a sense of ease and impact when you are fully in it.

Led by Peggy Hart, State Conscious Relationship and Leadership Coach, this workshop offers space for reflection, insight, and practical tools to help you recognize where you may be stuck in excellence while feeling drained, and what gently pulls you back into alignment. Together, you’ll explore what your Zone of Genius might be, the patterns that block it—like over-functioning, people-pleasing, or perfectionism—and simple ways to protect your energy through clear boundaries and honest requests.

Expect meaningful conversation, moments of laughter, and a grounded plan for moving toward a more energized, aligned life at work and at home. Inspired by The Big Leap by Gay Hendricks.

If you’re tired of starting over every Monday counting, tracking, restricting, and then feeling out of control again. This workshop offers a different approach. Registered Dietitian and Fitness Professional Katie Hake will introduce you to Intuitive Eating, a research-backed, weight-inclusive framework that helps you reconnect with your body’s natural hunger and fullness cues, reduce food guilt, and step out of the exhausting cycle of “on” and “off” dieting. This isn’t about giving up on your health, it’s about learning how to care for your body in a way that is sustainable, freeing, and rooted in trust rather than rules.

Throughout the class, you’ll learn why dieting often backfires, how to recognize and respond to your body’s cues, what joyful movement can look like, and practical ways to support your health without tracking everything you eat. Led by Katie Hake, a Non-Diet Dietitian, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, and International Fitness Educator, this class is designed to help you build a more peaceful, empowered relationship with food and movement and leave with practical tools you can begin using right away. The postpartum season can be beautiful, exhausting, joyful, and overwhelming all at once. This gathering is for mothers who are 1–12 months postpartum and longing for a place to connect with other women in a similar season. Whether this is your first baby or you’ve been through postpartum before, you are welcome.

Together, we’ll create a warm and supportive space to share birth stories, ask questions, celebrate milestones, process challenges, and simply be reminded that you are not alone. Conversations will unfold naturally from week to week based on what mothers need most in the moment—from caring for yourself and your baby to navigating the emotional and physical changes of postpartum.

Led by Katelin Parkinson, ND—a women’s health-focused Naturopathic Doctor, mother of three, and specialist in fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum care—these gatherings are designed to offer encouragement, community, and practical support during this transformative season. Babies 12 months and younger are welcome to attend.

Date/Time: Every other Thursday starting May 14th 12-1pm

Pregnancy is a season of tremendous change physically, emotionally, and mentally and it can be both beautiful and overwhelming.

This gathering is designed to offer expectant mothers a place to slow down, connect, share, learn, and be supported by other women walking through a similar season.

Whether this is your first pregnancy or you’ve been through it before, these classes are an opportunity to share experiences, ask questions, learn practical ways to care for yourself and your baby, and find encouragement in community.

Each week will provide space for conversation to unfold naturally, allowing participants to talk about the topics most relevant to them—from navigating symptoms and preparing for birth to emotional wellness, postpartum preparation, and the changing rhythms of motherhood.
Led by Katelin Parkinson, ND—a women’s health-focused Naturopathic Doctor, specialist in fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum care, and mother of three (with her youngest daughter joining her for the class). Katelin will guide these open, organic conversations each week.

The second half of class focuses on practical application—releasing what’s tight and activating and stabilizing what’s weak. You’ll be guided through targeted techniques and exercises tailored to your individual needs.

Each participant will leave with a personalized home exercise program, giving you clear, effective next steps to support healing, strength, and long-term vitality!

Cost: $25
Date/Time: Thursday May 7 from 9:30-11am

Come explore practical ways to handle the moments that feel challenging, like when your kids push back and you feel yourself getting reactive, when conversations with your partner go sideways, or when a relative or coworker leaves you feeling reactive or frustrated.

The ways we’ve learned to handle relationships often don’t work when things get hard, so we react, shut down, or repeat the same patterns.

You’ll learn how to catch yourself in the moment, see the pattern you’re in, and begin to shift how you respond. This can help you get out of power struggles and experience more ease, connection, and clarity in your relationships.

You’ll leave seeing yourself more clearly in your relationships and bringing more curiosity to how you respond. Come with a willingness to explore and try something new.

Date: May 6th 10-12am

There’s a lot of noise when it comes to detoxing. Juice cleanses. Supplements. Protocols. Trends. It can feel overwhelming and honestly, confusing. What actually works? What does your body really need? And what is the point of detoxing in the first place?

In this class, Kristi, PA-C, and Stephanie, RD, will cut through the confusion and bring you back to the basics.

You’ll learn how your body was designed to detox naturally and how to support those systems through simple, daily rhythms that actually make a difference.

Together, we’ll explore the role of the liver, gut, kidneys, skin, and lymphatic system and why foundational practices like hydration, regular elimination, and sweating matter more than extreme cleanses.

We’ll also walk through supportive tools like sauna, red light therapy, liver detoxes, and parasite cleansing—when they can be helpful, and how to approach them in a wise, sustainable way.

This isn’t about doing more or chasing the latest trend. It’s about understanding your body and working with it. If you’re looking to reduce inflammation, support your hormones, increase energy, and take a proactive approach to preventing disease, this class will give you a clear, grounded path forward.
