Apologies for the foot squeamish people out there, but this is important! Check your cleat (and normal shoes) width!
A common test to determined whether youre in the right wisth of shoe is to take the insert out of your shoe and stand on it. If a large part of your foot is over the sides, you may need a wider shoe.
Too narrow = numb toes + hot spots.
Too wide = sloppy fit + lost power.
The right width means comfort, stability, and better performance on every ride. Don’t just check shoe length—width is just as important.
👉 Not sure if yours fit right? A bike fit can tell you.
