“Yesterday I was clever, so I wanted to change the world.
Today I am wise, so I am changing myself.” — Rumi
In the beginning, it feels like there are two yous —
the one who rolls out the mat…
and the one who walks back into the world.
As if practice lives only in the heat,
only in the breath,
only in the sacred silence before savasana.
But stay.
Keep showing up.
Keep breathing yourself open.
One day, the rivers meet.
Yoga is no longer something you do —
it is how you live, how you love,
how you respond, forgive, listen, and rise.
The mat becomes a mirror.
The practice becomes a path.
Life becomes the yoga.
Stay devoted.
Blend the rivers.
Become the practice.
