Winter brings beautiful scenes but it also brings cold, dry weather that can wreck havoc on our dry eyes. Here are 5 tips to reduce your winter dry eyes:
1. Wear sunglasses especially in dry, windy weather.
2. Stay even more hydrated during the dry season!
3. Be sure to give your eyes a rest, look away from screens, blink often.
4. Use high quality artificial tears to provide extra moisture.
5. Add moisture to the air you spend time in, your office, bedroom, etc with a humidifier.
