I have a ton of video content on YouTube. I am going to start sharing some of it here (my reach can't get any worse that it already is 🤣).

I created this short sequence for a client who was feeling stuck in her head at night. Traditional relaxation tools weren’t cutting it, so we turned to simple tactile input, light movement, and small coordination challenges to shift her system into a calmer state.

A little scrubbing…
A little grounding through the feet…
A little rotation and gentle focus…

Sometimes that’s all it takes to help your body remember how to relax.

Give it a try the next time you feel restless. And if it helps, let me know—I love hearing your experiences. 💛

I am a total nerd when it comes to, well, lots of things, but one of those things is the science of learning. So I thought I would teach a short masterclass on the topic.

✨ How do you design a class that feels good in the moment and builds skill over time?
Join Jenn Pilotti for a 60-minute masterclass on the art and science of class design.

You’ll learn how to structure sessions using principles of motor learning, attention, and retention so your students (or you!) actually progress.

What you’ll take away:
✅ How to sequence drills and transitions to support progression
✅ When to offer constraints vs. verbal instructions
✅ How to balance repetition and variability for long-term gains
✅ Why how you frame a task matters as much as the task itself
📅 Saturday, Sept 27
⏰ 9–10AM PDT
💻 Recording available for 14 days

This session is perfect for coaches, trainers, teachers, and curious movers who want to bring science-backed principles into their classes.

For the five of you who will see this, a new blog post is up:

The shoulders are one of the most versatile joints in the body. They’re capable of extraordinary freedom—pressing, pulling, lifting, and reaching in multiple directions. But with that freedom often comes feelings of instability or tension. Many people experience shoulders that feel tight, restri...

Since I like to create content that very few people see because I haven't taken the time to study how algorithms work, I figured I would continue with the trend by posting a YouTube video (which Facebook won't like) to my Facebook business page (which gets extremely low visibility and engagement even when I post content that isn't from outside sources).

For the three people who will see this, thank you for being here--seriously. The internet is very noisy these days.

In this week's tutorial, we explore a simple yet powerful core activation starting from a hands-and-knees position.🔑 Key focus:Freeing the tailbone for bett...

Ever skipped a hobby because you didn’t think you were flexible enough?

Same. 🙋‍♀️

I used to think flexibility was a prerequisite.

Turns out—it’s a byproduct of doing the thing.

In this carousel, I share how my flexibility improved without stretching for hours or chasing poses—just by moving in thoughtful, consistent ways.

✨ New blog post! ✨

What does it actually feel like to reach overhead?

In this short, floor-based exploration, you’ll try three simple variations to sense your arms, shoulders, and torso in new ways. No props required—just a bit of space and a playful mindset.

Whether you’re looking to improve mobility or reconnect with how your body moves, this is a gentle, grounding place to begin.

👉 Read the full blog and try the video practice here: https://www.jennpilotti.com/blog/play-with-your-overhead-reach

Let me know what you notice 💫

In this short, floor-based movement exploration, you’ll be invited to play with three different overhead positions. Each variation offers a unique opportunity to sense how your arm connects to your torso—from your armpit all the way to your fingertips. What You’ll Need: Just the floor (a yoga ...

Movement is never just about muscles.

It’s about perception, sensation, and your brain’s map of your body.

This is what we explore in Root to Rise, a 6-week handstand program that goes deeper than just “hollow body.”

Want to feel more confident upside down?

Let’s move differently.
