I work with women and men who know something in their body feels off but haven’t been given real answers. Hormones, fatigue, gut issues, mold exposure, chronic symptoms that don’t quite fit in a box.

Inside our practice, we guide patients through what we call the Focus Hike or the Mountain Climb. Two different paths depending on where you are, but both designed to get to the root and actually move things forward.

Not everyone has parasites.

One of my favorite little travel gadgets.

This small electrical stim device has become a go-to for me on long flights. I don’t love sitting still for hours, and my muscles tend to get tight and sore, especially on flights longer than a couple of hours.

Recently I also pulled my back while shoveling snow and pulled this out of the drawer. After using it for a bit, my back felt significantly better.

Small, easy to travel with, and surprisingly effective. Sometimes the simplest tools can make a big difference.

What’s your go-to activity that instantly lowers your stress?!

Mine is puzzles—I’ve finished 9 and counting over the holidays so far. Giving your nervous system a break from a constant state of stress is good for your overall health. Highly recommend finding an activity that feels relaxing for you and taking time out of your day for yourself 🧩

Bonus points if there’s a cute dog nearby for an oxytocin boost 🐶✨
