Transcendent Physiatry & Rehabilitation was honored to sponsor a team in the Pucks for Autism tournament in South Bend. Not only did we support this meaningful cause — but Dr. Nate Zuziak and our Director of Technology, Aaron Zuziak, also laced up their skates and joined the action on the ice.

We’re proud to be part of an event that raises awareness, builds community, and celebrates the power of teamwork both on and off the rink.

🏒 Pucks for Autism – South Bend 2025 🧩

We’re proud to be skating in this year’s Pucks for Autism 2025 ☘️ tournament in support of a truly meaningful cause. Proceeds benefit Camp Millhouse, a nonprofit that inspires self-discovery and independence in individuals with special needs through a safe, traditional camp experience. For those who’ve asked about contributing, we’ve included a QR code below for easy donations—no need to play to make a difference! Game times for Team TPR are also listed if you'd like to stop by and cheer us on!

🏒 Pucks for Autism – South Bend 2025 Preview 🧩

We’re proud to return to the Pucks for Autism tournament next weekend in South Bend! Last year, Team TPR skated to a championship finish, but the real win was contributing to such an incredible cause. Proceeds from the tournament benefit Camp Millhouse, a nonprofit organization dedicated to inspiring self-discovery in individuals with special needs through a safe, inclusive, and empowering traditional camp experience.

Doctors Hays and Zuziak will once again suit up for Team TPR. We’ll be following up soon with our tournament schedule — stay tuned!
