The 2020s challenged us to respond with speed and purpose. Through our Silver&Fit and Active&Fit programs, we introduced daily live online workouts to help our community stay connected and active when it mattered most. At the same time, we equipped 94% of our workforce to transition to remote work in just one month.

We also celebrated a huge milestone: our 35th anniversary, marking more than three decades of growth and commitment to health and wellness. 🎉

As our organization grew, so did our culture.
