This is a late post as life was extra busy…a week ago my Winter 2026 TEACH Me ADHD group of detectives successfully completed their training mission meetings! And for the first time we had FIVE ties for our class raffle prize given for accomplishing all deeds and family missions. Moreover these detectives had PERFECT ATTENDANCE.

I am so proud of everyone’s hard work, dedication and engagement. I had a fantastic time meeting each week with them and seeing their growing confidence.

Congratulations detectives!!!

Also finished these two yetis! Thanks for this pattern! I think one is already spoken for though!

In true ADHD fashion, left the house this morning and didn’t put two and two together what day it was.

However, thanks to a sweet family who I just saw who noticed my awesome cup of Joe from Zing Cafe had a shamrock on the lid, I now will no longer be at risk for getting pinched!

Happy St Patrick’s day!

We can’t wait for you to tune into our ADHD Mom Docs episode tomorrow as we are participating in the worldwide event, Podcasthon & dedicating the episode to highlight one of our favorite nonprofit charities, Understood.org

In this episode we share the responses we received from our podcast listeners and patients’ families to 2️⃣ important questions:

🧠 How has getting a diagnosis of ADHD been helpful?

🧠 What is the best thing about having ADHD?

We know navigating the road when it comes to thinking and learning differences can be overwhelming. We’ve talked about the importance of working with your pediatrician as a first step. However, we know parents may have fears and worries related to getting a diagnosis and what impact it may have on their child.

We thought it would be helpful to compile anecdotes from families who have had to grapple with these concerns but took the first step anyway.

We can’t wait for you to take a listen! Plus you can learn all about Understood.org and the fantastic resources they provide to help individuals with thinking and learning differences.

After tuning in, head to podcasthon.org to check out other podcasters who are participating in this event…you may find another pod you want to add to your library!
