Experienced Massage Therapist Wanted – Full-Time Position

Signature Day Spa, a beloved and award-winning destination for relaxation and wellness, is excited to grow our team as we prepare for new offerings in Carmel-by-the-Sea. Voted the #1 Day Spa on the Monterey Peninsula multiple years running, we specialize in organic, chemical-free treatments that soothe the soul by the sea.
We’re seeking an experienced massage therapist to join us full-time in this enchanting location.
Position Details:
• Full-time schedule: 4-5 days per week (flexible shifts to support work-life balance)
• Competitive compensation: Generous hourly rate + commission on services and retail
• Opportunity to work with high-end, wellness-focused clientele in a tranquil, supportive environment
• Be part of a team dedicated to exceptional guest experiences, using premium organic products
Requirements:
• Valid California Massage Therapist certification (CAMTC)
• Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in a spa or wellness setting
• Proficiency in a variety of modalities (Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, aromatherapy, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to client care
• Positive, professional attitude with a passion for holistic wellness
