There are everyday reminders that bring up old bad memories and you can't shake it. You and your partner are completely disconnected and you're afraid divorce is looming. You're going off on everyone and feel angry all of the time. Sometimes you think you're just plain weak. You hate to feel censored and just want to be understood. Finding a therapist that gets your experiences seems impossible.

You want to feel like you again. You want a better marriage. You want to feel in control of yourself. Mostly, you don't want to lose the job you love because of your mental health. Clients appreciate my straightforward but down to earth approach. I work with Veterans, First Responders and their spouses to connect to life again and overcome their traumas.

I am an Army Veteran and have extensive experience in treating combat & workplace trauma. I offer day and evening appointments in Indy and online. My office is just off of 96th and Michigan.
