Today we celebrate an incredible milestone. After 50+ years in the food industry, and the last four serving Rose Carmel - Chef Dwight is retiring! He brought heart, compassion, kindness, laughter, and even a few dance moves into our community every day. We will miss him tremendously. Congratulations, Chef Dwight!
