We invite you to help make the season brighter for a local child by choosing a tag from a Giving Tree at participating locations. Your kindness and generosity truly makes an impact. 🎨 InspiRED 2024 was a huge success! 🧩❤️
During Red Ribbon Week, families across Putnam County joined us at four creative venues to celebrate this year’s theme: “Life is a Puzzle—Live Drug Free.”

From fall trees and butterflies to sun & moon scenes and swirling fish, 43 participants came together to create art that symbolizes connection, family, and prevention. 💫

A big thank-you to everyone who joined us and helped make our 5th Annual InspiRED event so meaningful! A shout-out to Sarah's Art Studio for her beautiful inspirations plus Arts on the Lake, Putnam Arts Council, and Philipstown Behavioral Health Hub for lending your studio/space.

🎁 Thank you to the Lake Mahopac Rotary for your generous support of our Annual Holiday Party for the Coordinated Children’s Services Initiative (CCSI) of Putnam County!

The CCSI Program assists families with children who have mental health needs, and this special event helps keep the holiday spirit alive for so many local children and their families. 💙💚

Your continued partnership brings joy and hope to our community each year!

During our October 15th luncheon, the Lake Mahopac Rotary Club was proud to present $28,500 in grants to a number of outstanding nonprofit organizations serving our local community.

This year’s grant recipients include:

Second Chance Foods, Putnam Community Action Partnership, P/NW Women’s Resource Center, Putnam County Children’s Committee, CoveCare Center, Putnam Communities That Care Coalition , Putnam Arts Council, Putnam Service Dogs, BluePath Service Dogs, Putnam Humane Society, Putnam County SPCA, Prevention Council of Putnam, Pegasus Therapeutic Riding and Putnam Chorale.

These organizations exemplify Rotary’s mission of “Service Above Self” through their continued dedication to improving lives throughout Putnam County.

💙 On September 28th, members of our CoveCare team joined the Putnam County Out of the Darkness Community Walk for Su***de Prevention — a powerful day of hope, community, and remembrance honoring those we’ve lost, supporting those still struggling, and advocating for mental health awareness.
