With the heaviest of hearts, after more than 35 years, we are saddened to announce that we are closing Chiropractic USA. It has been an honor to be part of the community and we want to thank all of our loyal patients for your dedication to your health and vitality. We do not make this decision lightly. With Dr. Bob's continued recovery, our focus on getting his strength back, along with the drastic reduction in appointments with COVID-19; we cannot continue to serve patients the way that best fits their needs. We will keep the office open through May 22nd for appointments and a letter/email to our loving patients will be sent detailing the transition of your care. For the prayers, love and support we have received, we are forever grateful. It has been our purpose to make a measurable difference in the lives of those in our communities. Truly, you have made a difference in ours.

Bob and I know how blessed our lives are. Something very beautiful happens when life gives you the unexpected and the traumatic. A humility, a nobility, and love swells and a higher intelligence emerges just at the point when your knees hit the floor.

Bob sustained some health issues and is in the hospital. Through God, love, family, and an abundance of prayers he has moved mountains and is healing moment to moment. His practice is being maintained by an incredible group of chiropractors. Dr. Bob and Jeanine have faith in these doctors to take care of our patients until his return.
At this time we ask that you respect his privacy and pray for continued healing.

Prayers are being read to him throughout the day.

Now is the time to pick up your exercise routine to a new level!
However!
I see alot of injuries by starting to intense after a break

Take at least 3 weeks at a reduced resistance and slower tempo if weight training

If you have ever done a kettle bell workout before you would know that its
ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY to have great technique to avoid an injury

These are the kettle bells the
Sacramento Kings use in the strength training center

They are 60lb 70lb and 80lbs
It takes alot of strength to even pick up let alone raise above your head
With one arm
Exercise to your fitness level
Not your EGO level
