🚨 Medicare Prescription Cost Update – Please Read 🚨

We’re seeing a lot of confusion this year, and we want to help clarify a few important changes affecting many of our Medicare patients:

• Most Medicare plans now have deductibles some as high as $615 in 2026

• There is still an out-of-pocket maximum of $2,100 this year

• Many Low Income Subsidy (LIS) patients (those with both Medicare & Medicaid) now have copays they did not have before

The good news? Help is available.

PACE Program (PA Lottery–funded):

For Pennsylvania residents, PACE may help lower prescription costs.

Income limits:

• $33,500 for a single person

• $41,500 for a couple

Medicare Prescription Payment Plan:

If a deductible is causing hardship, this option may help by spreading prescription costs evenly over the year instead of paying a large amount upfront.
