I became certified in a few years ago, and it completely changed how I understand health.
All the pieces fit together.
We’re not stuck. We’re not broken.
We have more control over our health than we’ve been led to believe.
This work changed my life too.
I’ve maintained a 47-pound weight loss, and now it feels easier by eating plant-based.
Movement has been part of my life for years, and I love helping others feel stronger and more confident in their bodies.
I know how to calm my mind when stress hits.
I sleep better and understand what “normal” sleep really looks like.
I’ve also learned we’re not meant to do this alone.
Community matters.
In the groups I lead, I see people show up for each other on the good days and even more on the hard ones.
Now I get to help others do the same by supporting real change in how they eat, move, sleep, manage stress, and live their lives.
No more all-or-nothing thinking. No starting over every Monday.
Just real, sustainable ways to have the energy for your life, your travel, and your people for decades to come.
