Exhale Birth Services is moving to Duvall!
As this fall comes into view, I will begin taking a limited number of clients in a much smaller radius. The last few years, I am proud to have helped support midwives further north and now that there is a thriving community, I can shrink my drive ratio down a bit to help keep my midwifery more sustainable.
Exhale will return to serving North Bend, Snoqualmie, Carnation, Fall City, Issaquah, Monroe, and Duvall in late 2026-early 2027.

Repeat cesareans and transfers were high this year. Everyone deserves a shot at a normal birth so we support and transfer as indicated or desired.

The 2025 Breech Babies were full of learning and challenge. We served five families, reworked all our documents, consents, processes and training. Two of those little guys were quite the sneaky potatoes, eluding ultrasounds. We also helped five other families get successful ECVs!
