Previously I spoke about how spinal energetics has changed my life. It’s through feeling safe in my sessions and connecting with my body that I’m able to let go and allow the expression that’s wanted and needed to come through.

I love spinal energetics. I love feeling safe enough to cry. to scream. to laugh. to be still. I love getting to know myself more deeply, to trust myself, to believe in myself, and to know how to return home.

I used to feel like I was being pulled in all directions by life. by my emotions. and spinal energetics showed me the way home.

Now, when I feel the pull of life or intense emotions I can be present. I can show up for myself. And to me that’s what coming home feels like.

It’s grounded, spacious, and delicious!! ✨❤️

Integration is when the insight you had last week shows up in how you respond today. ✨

It’s taking a breath in the middle of being overwhelmed. It’s speaking kindly to yourself after you make a mistake. It’s putting your hand on your heart when you feel anxious. & it’s taking a pause when you would normally rush.

Integration is insight becoming embodied action. It’s quiet and sometimes unseen, but not unfelt. It’s a natural process, it isn’t something that needs to be forced!

However, there are ways to assist integration: staying hydrated, journaling, spending time in nature, or going for a walk 📝🌳❤️

Nervous system regulation is the body’s capacity to experience stress and return to safety.

It allows you to feel connected and resourced in life!

Through spinal energetics, we’re not only supporting regulation, we’re also increasing your body’s capacity to feel without getting stuck in fight, flight, or freeze.

I’ve noticed it has also expanded my ability to hold duality: joy and sorrow, tenderness and strength, fear and self trust.

Regulation isn’t about feeling calm all the time. It’s about having the flexibility to move through your experiences without losing yourself in them. ❤️✨

Our nervous system is relational.
In a group spinal energetics session, regulation becomes shared.
As one body releases, others feel permission to soften too.
This is co-regulation, community, and energy amplified through connection!

Not every thought needs your attention.
Not every feeling needs a reaction.

The breath helps us remember this.

Take a moment to consciously breathe.
Notice the air moving in through your nose, filling your lungs, expanding your belly.
Slowly exhale, allowing the body to soften and release.

As you breathe, notice what arises from within you.

What sensations did you notice?
How do you feel now?
