Over time, this can narrow our awareness and limit our nervous system’s capacity to regulate, respond, and feel safe.

Spinal Energetics isn’t about fixing the body, it’s about creating a safe, attuned space to listen.

As awareness returns to the body, the mind and nervous system begin to communicate more clearly, expanding our capacity for regulation, resilience, and presence.

Thank you to everyone who opened their hearts with us at our healing retreat this past weekend. We were deeply moved by the healing, connection, and love that filled the space. Sharing cacao, ecstatic dance, and spinal energetics with you all was such an honor — truly beautiful to witness and experience together. Our hearts are full, and we’re already excited for our next gathering!

We’re coming together at Heart Centered Healing, with our friends at Innersense Health, to host a Winter Clothing Drive for our unhoused neighbors in Pittsburgh.

Donation Drop-Off:

October 17 & 18 – all day long

We’ll be distributing the collected clothing directly outside the Second Avenue Commons shelter downtown in November.

Your donations of warm winter clothing: coats, hats, gloves, scarves, socks, boots, sweaters, and blankets will help bring comfort, dignity, and warmth where it’s needed most.
