I’ve noticed it has also expanded my ability to hold duality: joy and sorrow, tenderness and strength, fear and self trust.

Regulation isn’t about feeling calm all the time. It’s about having the flexibility to move through your experiences without losing yourself in them. ❤️✨

Take a moment to consciously breathe.
Notice the air moving in through your nose, filling your lungs, expanding your belly.
Slowly exhale, allowing the body to soften and release.

As you breathe, notice what arises from within you.
