Caroga Yoga Seasonal Yoga Studio, located in the old jammer. Come enjoy quiet space to reflect in and enhance your yoga practice. All levels and ages are welcome.

Caroga Yoga was founded in 2014, it is the perfect place to escape the busy bustle of the day to day and just relax. Come practice breathing, guided meditation and stretching. Kids yoga is also offered on Wed from 10:00-11:00AM

Saturday a class is offered at Pine Lake Park 9:00-10:00AM

Can’t believe it’s alreasy that time of year. Tomorrow is the last day of beach yoga for the 2025 season. See you there at pine lake park from 9-10. Remember to bring a beach towel, sun glasses, etc.

Caroga Yoga was founded in 2014, it is the perfect place to escape the busy bustle of the day to day. Come practice breathing, guided meditation and stretching.
