If you’re constantly “too busy to eat” and then suddenly starving at 3pm… this one’s for you.

Protein-packed snacks aren’t just for bodybuilders. They help stabilize blood sugar, support muscle, improve focus, and keep you from diving headfirst into the snack cabinet later.

Here are a few quick, healthy, high-protein snack ideas you can grab in minutes:

🥚 Hard-boiled eggs + sea salt
Simple, affordable, and about 6g protein per egg.

🧀 Cottage cheese + berries or cherry tomatoes
Sweet or savory. Both work. Around 12–15g protein per cup.

🥜 Greek yogurt + chia seeds
Aim for plain, full-fat Greek yogurt for 15–20g protein.

🥩 Turkey roll-ups
Deli turkey wrapped around avocado or cheese. Easy 10–15g protein.

🥤 Protein smoothie
