Grateful for the opportunity to meet some of my “special conditions” clients right in the comfort of their homes, where they feel safest and most at ease.

These sessions may include gentle stretching, mobilizing muscles and joints, assistance with transfers (like bed to wheelchair), and my personal favorite… getting outside for wellness walks to soak up fresh air and bathe in nature. 🌿☀️
