Located at the corner of Army Trail and County Farm Roads, Family HealthMart Pharmacy is dedicated to serving the patient. Family HealthMart Pharmacy is open 7 days a week, 364 days a year with a trained professional staff. HealthMart Pharmacy specializes in easy-to-use medication reminder packaging systems that are helpful to anyone taking prescription medications that want to make sure they remember to take their medication every day. Almost all prescription insurance card plans are accepted including assignment of Medicare benefits for diabetic supplies, nebulizers/asthma products and other medical equipment. Immunizations- Family HealthMart Pharmacy provides immunizations on-site at the Pharmacy and CLINICS on site at any Senior Living Community. Delivery- FREE Delivery is available in Carol Stream and surrounding communities for the patient who is not able to pick up their prescription. Family Pharmacy attended the Benevolent Care Fund Gala 2025 for Covenant Living at Windsor Park on Sunday, July 13, 2025. We enjoyed our time together, with Kathy Cornell, Director of Philanthropy, Shelly Smith, Executive Director, Arlene Arroyo, Assoc. Exec Director, Rene Flagg, RN, Director of Asst. Living, and the many residents who attended. The GIL Jazz Combo provided great music from the 1950's themed party - from Miles Davis to Chet Baker, and from West Side Story to Guys and Dolls. Such a great evening and the Benevolent Fund Goal was met, and actually exceeded! Cheers to such a great Campaign.
