Attention Yoga Teachers! Join me in Raleigh December 7th and 8th for a special weekend workshop curated by yoga teachers for yoga teachers. During this weekend we will dive deep into ways in which yoga teachers can protect their peace and find balance in their personal practice and teaching schedules; hear from licensed professionals about the importance of boundary setting; how to create a safe space for you and your students to evolve and join in community with other yoga teachers to discuss the day to day challenges we all face while teaching.
