SPARK45 Fitness and Physical Therapy Spark45 Fitness and Physical Therapy combines boutique studio (Lagree) fitness with Physical Therapy. I am excited to take the next steps in creating Spark45.

Spark45 Fitness and Physical therapy is more than just another fitness or physical therapy studio. It is more than just a place to come to workout, get treated, or to work. Spark45 combines love of movement, passion for health living, building of community, and inspiring people to live their best lives possible. I want everyone that enters into Spark45 to love people there every minute whether they are coming for Lagree Fitness, Physical Therapy, Personal Training, Health Coaching, or WORK. Spark45 is a place where each person is invited to ignite their unique genius and share it with the world. Spark45 currently does not have a physical home, and it lives inside of me, Danielle. This page will be a place to keep up with the progress of Spark45 as I make my dream and vision a reality!! This year Danielle started offering classes due to popular demand.

The response and the feedback has been amazing. So offering one more session in 2025. Starting two weeks from today we have our last 5 class series plus a bonus session at the end for those who miss one.
