Healthcare providers:
The AAP Committee on Nutrition published a clinical report today and I couldn't agree with the recommendations more! Despite what marketing says, these products "...have no specific role in routine care of healthy children and are more expensive than cow milk.

Let's do our best to support and educate families about the influence of marketing on children's eating habits. And to help them feel confident in feeding.

May 16th was the one year anniversary of the FDA's enforcement discretion policy allowing importation of certain formulas. Read more in the Formula Sense newsletter!

One year ago the US. FDA released guidance describing a new enforcement discretion policy for safe importation of infant formulas. This key policy change was enacted to address the severe infant formula shortages of 2022.
