May 16th was the one year anniversary of the FDA's enforcement discretion policy allowing importation of certain formulas. Read more in the Formula Sense newsletter!

One year ago the US. FDA released guidance describing a new enforcement discretion policy for safe importation of infant formulas. This key policy change was enacted to address the severe infant formula shortages of 2022.
