🏂 Come see Sumiko Mondays and Tuesdays!

We are thrilled to have a Structural Integrator and multi talented athlete join the Restoring Balance team!

➡️ Structural Integration is an opportunity to feel better from the inside out. The time with
the practitioner is 75 minutes with an additional 10-15 minutes to integrate through a
short walk. Outside of the client and practitioner space, the client will deepen the
integration with a movement practice (homework or otherwise) and mental check-ins
(minimum 5 minutes a day). Structural Integration sessions are done with loose
athletic clothing, skin touch, and movement cues. The client is expected to be clear
and alert to go through the integration laying on the table, sitting, standing, and
walking. Lotion and oil is not used.
