Community Care of Iowa We provide 24 hour supported community living and day habilitation to members in the community

Community Care of Iowa provides services to clients with disabilities. We provide 24 hour supported community living services in Carroll. Our sister facilities- Community care of Pleasant Hill provides RCF care to our VA members and Community Care of Knoxville provides RCF care along with 2 Habilitation homes! We are expanding to open a day habilitation center in Carroll by Summer of 2023!
