How about a little Transformation Tuesday for a couple of Chris Nelsen clients.
Eric Renze is one that comes in for one on one sessions along with training on his own the other days of the week. We've worked together for about 2.5 years now making lifestyle changes and becoming healthier. So far in his journey, he's definitely dropped around 130 pounds of body fat, gotten off some medications, and become pretty dang strong! Muscle gained, certain aches and pains are a thing of the past, meds dropped, flexibility is better, and having the ability to make his work much more effortless.
Maria G. Calderon is an online client from Des Moines. We have been working together for about 6 months so far. There are some busy weeks where her goals aren't met very well, but most weeks are usually around 80-90%. That's a perfect place to be in the real world. She's always great at letting me know when there are weeks where she didn't do as well as she hoped, but always gets right back to work instead of quitting. Her main goals are to become stronger and drop some body fat. That is exactly what we are doing!
Someone WANTING to make changes and becoming the best version of themselves is vital. Ashley Nelsen and I can only do so much. It's entirely up to YOU to do the work. We don't beat around the bush either. Our job is to provide the most direct route to your personal goals. The hardest part is all of the outside noise from others and seeing so many different things on social media. Everyone may think I'm just a meathead, but I'm a very nerdy one. Over the past 15+ years, I've already tried all of the "shortcuts" that keep circling around every 5 years. Keto, vegan, low carb, lots of cardio, no cardio, running, biking, powerlifting, bodybuilding, circuit training, supersets, dropsets, working around injuries, making injuries/pains go away,...the list goes on.
