Exercise is important for everyone and it doesn't have to be a chore! At Carroll Place our Residents look forward to it 😁 We incorporate singing with movement 🎶. Singing increases our oxygen level by 10%. It also is enjoyable and takes the mind off the physical exercise.We are not only exercising our outward body. We are also exercising our brains and our lungs 💪🫁. A whole body experience ❤️
