🎓 Applications Now Open for Tanner Teen Institute 2026

High school students interested in health care careers are invited to apply for the Tanner Teen Institute 2026 program. This summer opportunity gives students hands-on exposure to the health care field while learning alongside professionals at Tanner Health.

Program qualifications:
• Be a student ages 15–18
• Have a 3.0 (B) GPA or higher
• Submit a completed application with parent/guardian signature and required consents by the deadline
• Provide two letters of recommendation, including one from a school counselor with GPA and attendance records included
• Type essay responses on a separate sheet of paper
• Be available for six weeks during the summer program

Students interested in exploring careers in health care are encouraged to apply.

This week, we celebrated the completion of our expansion at Tanner Medical Center/Carrollton with an open house to give our local leaders, community partners and team members a tour of the new three-story tower designed to create more space for our teams to deliver care and help us expand access to a wide range of services in west Georgia.

The Uniforms for America on-site scrub sale is happening today (Thursday, Jan. 29) at Tanner Medical Center/Carrollton and is open to Tanner team members and the community.

Don’t miss this opportunity to shop a wide variety of scrubs all in one location, with multiple brands, styles and colors to choose from. Tanner logo jackets, Southern Couture shirts, work shoes and bags are also available.

Uniforms for America will host an on-site uniform scrub sale at Tanner Medical Center/Carrollton, open to Tanner team members and the community.
