I’m Melsa, 34 years old and a professional Ballroom dancer, and I’ve struggled with foot pain for years. I tried everything — dry needling, laser therapy, cold plunges, and so much more. Some of it helped a little, but the pain always came back. After going through that cycle over and over, I felt defeated and started seriously considering surgery because I was so tired of living with constant pain. Thankfully, my partner found Dr. Meena’s Body Spring and encouraged me to give it a shot before moving forward with surgery.I’ve only had three sessions so far, and I’m honestly in shock at the tremendous improvement I already feel in my feet. After years of pain, I didn’t think something so simple and accessible could make such a difference so quickly. Dr. Meena’s approach is incredibly knowledgeable, precise, and empowering. The exercises are so well-designed and purposeful — not just for people in pain, but truly beneficial for everyone.I’m beyond grateful to have found her and so excited to continue this journey. For the first time in a long time, I feel hopeful that I’ll return to the dance floor and dance without pain. 🙏🩵💃100% recommended! 🌟😊👌

I was preparing for a run and my inner arch hurt. I went to stretch zone but couldn't get deep into the area where I needed. THEN I tried one of Dr. Meena's inventions for the feet "the pyramid" and the PressEX Bar and IT GETS RIGHT INTO MY ACHY ARCH. Yall this works <3

If online coaching works for a professional smooth dancer at the top of his game imagine what it can do for you 💙

Oreste has spent decades mastering his craft. He knows his body. He knows technique. He is not someone who gets injured easily.

But during a competition something shifted. Sharp unfamiliar pain through the foot.
He assumed it would pass. It didn't.

He went everywhere. A chiropractor gave temporary relief but the foot locked up again within hours. A well known PT in the ballroom world. Still no change. The midfoot stayed stuck. No one could get to the real problem.

So he tried online coaching with me 💪

We started with Phase 1. It looks simple but inside the body it creates foundational shifts. Unlocking stiff fascial lines, restoring mobility, reconnecting the foot to the hip and core.

Something happened almost immediately.

He felt the lateral midfoot unlock. A release he had been chasing for weeks that no chiropractor or PT had been able to create 😁

Smoother foot articulation. Cleaner rolling through the floor. No more gripping at the ankle. His foot started behaving like a smooth dancer's foot again 🦶

Whatever your age. Whatever your level. The body responds to the right input.

Nobody talks about the one system that controls how your whole body moves 💙

It's called fascia. And if you've been dealing with stiffness, tightness or movements that just feel heavy no matter how much you practice… this is probably why.

The good news is it can be trained. And when it is, everything changes 💪

Swipe through to learn what fascia is and why every dancer needs to know about it!

This made my whole day 💙

She came in with hip pain and honestly at first she said it was a learning curve. Getting the foot positioning right, understanding the pressure… it takes a little time to click.

But once it clicked? Everything changed.

Now she starts every session with foot exercises. Toe lifts, heel raises, the Reverse Dorothy, squats with the band. And she said standing up after the foot work makes her feel so much looser and better right away.

That's exactly what this method is designed to do. When the foot learns how to communicate with the rest of the body, the hip finally gets the message 🦶💪

If you've been dealing with hip pain or tightness that just won't go away, comment 𝗗𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗥 below and I'll send you more info.

You didn't start dancing to sit on the sidelines in pain.

But when your back screams every time you try to move, when sitting out becomes more familiar than dancing... that's when the fear creeps in.

"𝘔𝘢𝘺𝘣𝘦 𝘐'𝘮 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘨𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘰𝘰 𝘰𝘭𝘥 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴."
"𝘔𝘢𝘺𝘣𝘦 𝘮𝘺 𝘣𝘰𝘥𝘺 𝘤𝘢𝘯'𝘵 𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘭𝘦 𝘪𝘵 𝘢𝘯𝘺𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘦."

Here's what most dancers don't realize:
𝘉𝘢𝘤𝘬 𝘱𝘢𝘪𝘯 𝘥𝘶𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘴𝘢𝘭𝘴𝘢 𝘪𝘴𝘯'𝘵 𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘢𝘨𝘦. 𝘐𝘵'𝘴 𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘧𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘥𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘶𝘯.
When your feet can't organize properly, when your core isn't connecting to your hips, when fascia isn't moving the way it should, your back compensates. And it pays the price.

You've tried stretching. You've tried strengthening. You've tried "just pushing through."

But what if the answer isn't in your back at all?

What if it's in your feet?

Dr. Meena's patented Dance Foot Posture System teaches your body to create stability from the ground up. When your feet learn to support you properly, your back doesn't have to work so hard. The pain starts to release. The movement starts to flow.

And you get to reclaim the floor, not as someone sitting out, but as someone who can't stop smiling because dance is yours again.

Your body has the capacity. You just need the right foundation.

Comment 𝗗𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗥 if you're ready to stop sitting out and start reclaiming the floor. 💃

This is why I do what I do.
Because for dancers like you, not dancing is simply NOT an option.
Let's keep you on the floor. 💙

Comment "DANCE" if you feel the same way. 💃

I've been holding back on this dress for way too long.

Every time I looked at it I thought the same thing...
black just disappears on the floor.

But the moment I put it on in the studio something shifted.

Maybe it is not about being seen by everyone in the room.

Maybe it is about how it makes YOU feel when you move.

Because confidence on the dance floor starts long before the music plays.

Does this work for a performance or does it stay in the closet forever? 💃

Many dancers quietly accept decline because they don’t see another option.

They assume pain, stiffness, or loss of coordination is just “the price” of time.

What I’ve learned, personally and clinically
is that this isn’t how bodies fail.

This is how bodies protect themselves when they’ve been overloaded without being reorganized.

Most dancers try to fix balance by working harder.

But what if the real issue isn’t strength…
it’s how your foot is organized?

Your foot is your foundation.
When posture, pressure, and alignment improve, you’ll often notice:

- More stability
- Cleaner turns
- Better control in transitions
- Less fatigue

That’s exactly what the Dance Foot Posture System is designed to retrain,
so your body can finally work as one connected unit instead of compensating.

Because when your foundation changes,
everything above it starts to feel easier.

A lot of foot work chases symptoms.
Scrunch harder.
Grip more.
Hope the problem goes away.

Phase 1 does something different.

It restores awareness across all three arches
so the foot can actually distribute load.

When the arches start working together,
the toes stop clawing
the ankles stabilize
and force can finally move upward.

That’s why the body feels different so fast.
Not because steps are skipped
but because the correct layer is addressed first.

This is in person work.
Hands on.
One on one.

At Body Spring, we do not treat symptoms in isolation.
We look at how the entire body is organizing under load.

Feet.
Ankles.
Hips.
Pelvic floor.
Core.

Because instability and pain rarely live in one place.

Using the patented PressEX Method, we restore how fascia transmits force
so movement becomes stable, efficient, and reliable again.
This work is for dancers and active adults
who feel strong but disconnected
or capable but inconsistent.

Assessment first.
Organization second.
Then load.
