That heels isn’t toxic.

The way adult bodies are asked to dance in it is.

Most adult dancers aren’t struggling because they’re weak.
Or unmotivated.
Or behind.

They’re missing precursor steps that were never built.

Years of life create bodies that are strong but stiff internally.

Joints move big but don’t glide well.
Feet grip.
Releve shakes.

Everything looks fine until speed or heels show the truth.
Teachers cue outcomes.
Grounding.
Articulation.
Tone without tension.
