I am so glad to meet Doctor Meena through Facebook for reference of my dance instructor Evanggelos Spirakis. Thank you, Evan!The wonderful experience I have working with Doctor Meena through her unique Dance Foot Posture System. Doctor Meena is a ballroom dancer by herself and totally understands what we, as dancers, go through our dance journey. I love dancing! However, during my practice and performances I notice that my body sometimes does not do what I would like it to do, even theoretically understand the dance movement. Our amazing dance instructors consistently teach us the dynamics of movement and footsteps. Each time I think: ‘Yes, they told me that a hundred times, but why I still make the same mistakes?”Doctor’s Meena unique system explains a very clean and sharp connection between a brain and foot work. Vance is 80 years old. He's a ballroom dancer. And he was starting to wonder if it was over.

Heel pain every morning. Plantar fasciitis that wouldn't quit. Balance getting shakier with every step. He'd done the PT, the balance drills, the wobble boards. Nothing worked.

That's when everything changed.

The Dance Foot Posture System taught him what no one else had; how the toes, foot, and ankle actually communicate to create stability. Within weeks, the heel pain was gone. The plantar fasciitis disappeared. He felt grounded and confident again.

Judy didn't need more stretching.

She didn't need stronger calves.

She definitely didn't need to "be careful at her age."

She started feeling pain between her toes every time she danced.

After one comp, it flared up so badly that getting her foot into a dance shoe was nearly impossible.

The real issue was a foot that wasn't striking the floor correctly and ankles too weak to support it.

Once she worked through the Dance Foot Posture System, the strength came back. The balance came back. The stability came back. 💪

And so did her dancing. 💃

Most dancers try to stretch their way out of foot pain or just push through it. But if the foot isn't working right, nothing else can hold.

Me "quickly" working on one thing..

What started as a 20 minute task is now a 3 hour spiral of fonts, rewording the same sentence 12 times, and questioning all my life choices.

Is it done? No. Is it perfect? Also no. Am I still going? Absolutely.

Barb danced six days a week with her partner 💙

Every step in heels brought pain. A sharp ache between her second and third toes. Pain along the outside of her foot. Her ankles kept rolling outward.

She tried drills, exercises, advice from her dance teachers.

Nothing addressed the real problem.

When Barb started the Dance Foot Posture System everything changed. We rebuilt how her foot actually worked. Corrected the rolling. Activated the inner stabilizers. Rebalanced her weight. Stabilized her ankle.

Within two weeks she was dancing without pain 💪

Her steps felt secure. Her movements became precise. Her teachers' cues finally made sense.

She could feel it the moment she stood up 💙

Her joints were moving differently. Not in a painful way. In a way that actually felt right for the first time in a long time.

That's the thing about this work. Sometimes you don't realize how much your body has been compensating until it finally stops having to 💪

She had been struggling to activate a certain set of glutes for a while. And that was quietly causing her back pain. Once we started working on it in standing, targeting the right muscles in the right position, everything started to shift 😁

The body is so smart. It just needs the right cues in the right sequence.

Here’s the part no one says out loud:

When you started dancing at 6, your fascia was soft.
Your joints were molding.
Your nervous system was imprinting foot-to-hip connection in real time.

When you started at 45?
You brought decades of shoes, sitting, old sprains, stiff arches, and dehydrated fascia to the party. 💃

So when someone says:
“Roll through your foot.”
“Push through the floor.”
“Get over your standing leg.”

You’re not lacking effort.
You’re lacking a pre-installed foundation.

Adult dancers don’t need more cues.
They need:

joint space before motion
pressure mapping before power
intrinsics before intensity
sequencing before speed

You don’t need to “try harder.”
You need to train differently.

Because articulation without internal support?
That’s just torque on a stiff system.

And that’s how injuries happen.
