This week is National Volunteer Week, and we are proud to recognize the incredible volunteers who have been a part of Carroll County Memorial Hospital for generations.

From years past to today, their time, dedication, and heart have helped shape who we are. Whether it was supporting our hospital through fundraisers, lending a helping hand, or simply showing up when it mattered most, their impact can be seen in every corner of our facility.

At the beginning of 2026, CCMH partnered with Custom Learning Systems to strengthen our service excellence and continue improving the patient experience.

This program focuses on things that matter most to our patients like communication, compassion, and consistency across every department.

Pictured below is our Service Excellence Advisors, who just completed their training this week. This group is challenged with teaching the workshop materials to all staff with the goal of becoming a 5 star hospital
