We’re hiring a Mental Health Therapist/Social Worker!

This position is onsite in Carrollton, IL within our Senior Life Solutions program at Boyd and is employed by Psychiatric Medical Care (PMC), the managing organization for the program.

• Up to $80,000/year (based on experience & licensure)
• Monday–Friday
• No weekends
• No on-call
• Clinical supervision available for provisionally licensed candidates

You’ll collaborate with a small interdisciplinary team to provide group therapy, individual sessions, and support for seniors experiencing depression and anxiety related to life transitions.

Please join us in congratulating Julie Crafton, our Employee of the Quarter!

Julie was nominated for her compassion and dedication to patient care. During a recent pediatric emergency, she went above and beyond to ensure a patient felt safe and supported.

Julie sat on the floor beside him to gain his trust and remained at his side for hours to keep him calm. She gently rubbed his back until he was able to fall asleep. After moving him to his bed, Julie once again sat on the floor next to him, continuing to comfort him so he could rest peacefully.

Congratulations Julie and all who were nominated this quarter!

What a fun & busy (early) Valentine’s Day at Boyd!

We celebrated with flower exchanges, a pancake competition to see who could make the best heart, and our bake sale supporting the EAT Committee. Thank you to everyone who stopped by for some goodies!

The pancake competition took a turn and became a showdown between Terra & Mike to see who could create the best Boyd "B" pancake. The voting was divided amongst staff so we're asking Facebook to help us choose the winner.
