🌡️ The temperatures may be dropping outside, but tucked inside the warm halls of this building is an Activity Director who makes each day count! This morning, you could find Kelly walking around in a turkey costume 🦃, and this afternoon? Well, she was witnessed in the halls with a cascade of red/white/blue balloons. 🎈 In between? There was a game show production.

And Kelly is just one member of our care team! We are lucky here at Life Care Center of Carrollton to have such hearts that love what they do and the people they do it for! 💗

Our turnout Thursday night for the Fall Festival was incredible! More cars, more people, just the greatest night of fall gathering! 🚗 Guests enjoyed chili dogs, a bouncy house, raffles, auctions, a cake walk, music by DJ Damien Nguyen, and the stars of the show - classic beasts of the road with the Carrollton Car Cruisers! 🌟

👏 Our sincere THANK YOU to all those who attended, helped and served, participated, donated, and special thanks to The Treatery and Hidden Valley Funeral Homes, among others, for their contributions that go to support our residents through our activities program. 😃

This week, which was first proclaimed in 1925, is a time to reflect on how you can prevent home fires, and, if one occurs, how can you survive. Life Care Center of Carrollton got the opportunity to meet members of the Carrollton Fire Department - Missouri 👨‍🚒, including Sparky! On the morning of Saturday 10/4, a dozen people did hard things! It was Saturday morning at its best with our 5k Color Run! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️ 1st place went to Emily Deshayes, with a time of 27.28 minutes.

Special thanks to the Boy Scouts, Jr. High Cross Country team, the Police Department, Animal Control, staff, family, and friends, for all your help with our event!
