We will be closed Wednesday & Friday of this week. Back to normal on December 2 with classes Tuesday at 10:30, Wednesday at 4:15 & Friday at 11. God willing & the creek don't rise. Now aren't you glad you do yoga so you can go in stretchy pants already. Get a nice top & a necklace & you are all set. Do a couple of twists on Friday & one knee to chest is also good.
I am so thankful, so so thankful for all of you.
