Included is a two-week stretching and exercise program, with every stretch featuring a picture and detailed explanation.

If you get started and feel like you need more guidance, just lets us know. I can adjust the program to accommodate any pain or limitations you may be experiencing. Once you complete the two weeks, send me a message and we can progress you into a month-long program.
