My name is Janine Willey, along with some amazing and foreword thinking individuals, we have created TerraMar Wellness Center. We offer a wide range of drug free pain and stress management tools. Our goal is to improve quality of life in a nurturing and supportive atmosphere. This facility is unrivaled in the Northwest Region of Georgia in the commitment of support to the body, mind and spirit of the community we serve.
A combination of services are offered to balance and introduce options for a healthier lifestyle. These basic components are an incremental part of a larger health continuum. We bring preventative and restorative lifelong health solutions to the “whole” client. Services and classes include: Clinical/Therapeutic Massage Therapy, Medi-cupping, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, a full spectrum infrared sauna (Light Therapy), a Hyperbaric Chamber (Oxygen Therapy), Ashiatsu (Barefoot Massage), a Float Tank (sensory deprivation), A room full of foot therapies, Pilates, as well as Public and Professional Educational Classes. Coming Clinical Counseling, Nutritional Services and Watsu (Warm Water Therapy) Yoga and Meditation Classes.
TerraMar will strive to serve the greatest good in the West Georgia area by providing wholistic caring and compassion to deserving and underserved communities. American service men and women, oncology (cancer) and bariatric (weight loss) communities are perfect examples of the types of people the business will support. TerraMar is located a short distance from the Trinka Davis Veterans Facility, with easy access to I-20 and Hwy 61, both Tanner hospitals in Carrollton and Villa Rica are close by.
We strive to be an indispensable part of every journey to health. Our target clientele includes anyone with body wide inflammation, a compromised immune system, and anyone looking for healthful alternatives to traditional medicine. In short, this business will offer something for just about EVERYONE! For anyone experiencing the stressful and frustrating journey of cancer, weight loss or any other physical, mental or emotional challenges, TerraMar will be able to help. Once a patient goes through chemotherapy and radiation or any of the various weight reduction surgeries available, they are often left to their own devices to heal and become whole again. TerraMar provides a stable, nurturing, safe environment where these fragile people can heal completely, not just physically. The therapies are chosen with these individuals in mind including a relaxation room with the safe and comforting Inframat, napping, meditation and quiet reading nooks to nurture the mind and soul, and Pilates to strengthen the body. TerraMar will strive to bring health and healing to a new level. Our therapies alone set apart from any other wellness center in Northwest Georgia.
