Regular check-ups, healthy eating, physical activity, and monitoring blood sugar are key to living well with diabetes. Talk to your healthcare provider about screening and resources to stay healthy.

November is Pulmonary Hypertension Awareness Month, and Castle Hills Medical Group's Dr. Ala Nijim and Carrollton Regional Medical Center are raising awareness about this serious condition that affects the arteries in the lungs and the right side of the heart. Early detection and treatment are key to improving quality of life. If you experience shortness of breath, fatigue, or swelling in the legs or ankles, talk to your healthcare provider.
