We had an absolute blast at the Carroll County Valentines Fellowship today! Elvis, kings and queens, dancing, and lots of networking and loving on our seniors happened, and I couldn’t be happier!!! This is why I love what I do!

Today, I had the privilege of taking my client to the beauty shop! Not only was it like a true to life Steel Magnolias experience, it was so much fun! We laughed. I bought some earrings, and my client turned out beautiful! It’s the little things like this that keep me motivated and I love my job!

May is Mental Health Awareness Month. As someone who’s struggled with anxiety, and panic and seasonal depression I know all too well how it can take you down a path of fear and self destruction. I am thankful for great Drs, the Great physician, and people to talk. Mental health affects so many seniors. Show kindness, be patient, and most of all love them through it.

Your mental health is equally important as your physical health, and both deserve your full attention and care. 🫶🧠
