We wanted to share this gorgeous and moving rendition of the Black National Anthem by Coco Jones. The NFL has included the Black National Anthem before each Super Bowl since 2020, after the death of George Floyd. The Black National Anthem is also known as “Lift Ev’ry Voice and Sing” and has been an important part of the fight for civil rights since it became the chosen anthem in 1919.

Happy New Year from all of us at Resolutions. 💚

A new year can feel like a fresh start, but it can also feel heavy, complicated, or just… like another Thursday. Wherever you are landing today, you don’t have to force a “new you” to be worthy of care.

If you’re carrying grief, burnout, anxiety, big decisions, old patterns, or quiet hope you don’t want to jinx, we’re holding space for all of it. Growth doesn’t have to be loud, perfect, or fast. Sometimes it looks like resting. Sometimes it looks like setting one boundary. Sometimes it looks like finally asking for support.

Here’s to a year of softened pressure, steadier breath, and small steps that actually stick. We’re cheering you on, and we’re here when you’re ready. 💚

Our team at Resolutions is so thankful for you all. We are remembering each of you on this holiday. Some of you are grieving the first Thanksgiving without a loved one. Some of you are dreading the interaction with certain family members or friends. Some of you may have to work all day and feel left out of dinners and celebrations. And some of you may be celebrating this day with the best family or friends in the world. For all of you, we hope today is full of kindness, relaxation, connection, and love. Take care of yourself and remember that you matter!

Happy Halloween! At Resolutions, we know that having fun is a big part of good mental health! Our team (minus a few) had a blast dressing up as Daphne from Scooby-Doo, a PTO mom, an 80’s Valley Girl, Little Red Riding Hood, a gorgeous fairy, a happy witch, a Star Wars fighter pilot, Scooby Doo himself, and Mike Wazowski (our therapy dog).
