Welcome to my Health Coaching Business.

My name is Rafia Heerji, and I am a Certified, Holistic Integrative Nutrition Health Coach.

I help busy, middle-aged women and men who struggle with weight loss and emotional eating by teaching them simple, all natural ways to lose weight and keep it off while enjoying their favorite foods.
