The RDL is a great posterior chain exercise. It engages the back musculature, core, hamstrings, and even calves when performed well. Key points: -Tripod foot (weight through the big toe, little toe, and heel). -Knee is stacked over the ankle for the whole lift (it will bend).
-Hinge movement comes from the hips, like trying to close a door with your b***y with your hands full.
-Back is flat. This means, core is engaged, shoulders are back and down, and chest is proud.

We are pretty serious about our patient care, everything else is up for debate.

POV: You p*e “just in case” every time you see a bathroom. 🚽

Doing it occasionally (before a road trip, flight, long event)? Totally fine. 👍

The problem is when it becomes a habit.

If you empty your bladder without a real urge over and over, you train it to signal earlier and feel urgent at smaller amounts. Suddenly you’re p*eing all the time and mapping bathrooms everywhere you go.

Your bladder learns patterns. Make sure you’re not accidentally teaching it the wrong one. 💛

The Health Lab hits the town!

To celebrate Dr, Sarah Nichole the whole crew, went to Reno and had an amazing dinner and forgot to take a picture . Then we cruised over to push play which is amazing arcade and bar. What a fun night out celebrating and laughing and talking a bunch of smack.
