**Resident Testimony**
I moved into The Lodge about a month ago. I suffer from an autoimmune disease that makes it very difficult for me to bend over. I started attending Connie’s daily exercise class, and last night I dropped a flat card on the floor. Thanks to Connie's exercise class, I was able to bend down and pick it up on my own. I am so grateful for her class, and I recommend that all the residents give it a try.
