We are 1 week into 2026 but the new year isn’t quite the same without a reflection of growth! 🥂

We had a great year full of amazing people and opportunities!

Not to mention more loads of spa laundry and coffee runs than we can even count.

Almost 5,000 sessions of relaxation, rejuvenation, detoxification and more!!!

Hello!! Our family is proud to be bringing Carson City, Nevada its first Cryo Spa. Locally owned and operated by David, Debbie, Taylor and Lauren. We have always been dedicated to our health and fitness as a family. We love the outdoors, our puppies, baseball, clean eating, dancing, yoga, gardening, reading...focused on being our best selves everyday.

We are local entrepreneurs and when we learned about the new technology that Cryo had to offer if was a no brainer. We felt our beautiful town should have access to the same options as the people in NY and Hollywood - to help us all live our most confident best lives.
