Here’s how to keep your lips smooth, healthy, and hydrated as we welcome the first day of winter:
❄️ Drink plenty of water
❄️ Choose a lip balm with ceramides or hyaluronic acid
❄️ Avoid licking your lips (it actually makes dryness worse!)
❄️ Apply a thicker balm or ointment before bed
