Good day for the scales after Easter dinner! We had some great losses this week.
We celebrated Nancy as Best Loser and Yvonne was Runner Up! Congratulations, ladies!
Wise food and activities: Water 💦 and walking 🚶♀️ (It works!)
Faye presented her program with a different question of challenges for weight management to each member and how they would address it. Effective interaction with all members. Thanks, Faye!
Something to remember: The best progress is smaller, steady losses rather than large and few!
