Good day for the scales after Easter dinner! We had some great losses this week.
We celebrated Nancy as Best Loser and Yvonne was Runner Up! Congratulations, ladies!
Wise food and activities: Water 💦 and walking 🚶‍♀️ (It works!)

Faye presented her program with a different question of challenges for weight management to each member and how they would address it. Effective interaction with all members. Thanks, Faye!
Something to remember: The best progress is smaller, steady losses rather than large and few!
Positive thought for the day: TRUE WEALTH IS GOOD HEALTH!

No April fool’s at our chapter today! Losses were many, gains were few.
Penny H. was best loser with Faye coming in as Runner Up. Our weight recorders are setting a good example!
Wise activity: Portion control and exercise
Monthly awards for March:
Penny G. was the month’s Best Loser & Cindy was Runner Up.
Penny H continued the program from last week: 16 different diets and their features.
Spring has sprung… birds are singing their happy song, snow is gone but mud and puddles are plenty. Getting exercise by jumping the potholes.
