Join us for our Community Health Screenings on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at the Memorial Hospital Health & Wellness Center, 1454 N. County Road 2050, Carthage, IL.

These screenings include:
✅ A1c Testing (a key test for diabetes risk)
✅ Lipid Panel
✅ Body Composition Analysis (Tanita Scale)
✅ Vision & Hearing Screenings

It’s just $25 per person — and you’ll enjoy a delicous breakfast afterward at our Courtyard Café! 🍳☕
