As a funeral director, my journey often leads me to families during some of their most difficult moments. Recently, while I was enroute to serve a grieving family, I received a call that no one ever wants to receive the news that a loved one had transitioned. In that moment, I found myself in need of support, feeling the weight of grief and responsibility.
