Massage has been a constant in the human
experience for millenniums, for us, our
ancestors, and many other animals. It is a
domain for providers, regardless of their
beliefs, to hold space for receivers of all
beliefs and experiences. As there are
frontlines of conflict, there are also
frontlines of love. That is, and always has
been, our realm,

Rising stress and trauma fueled by political
polarization and social discrimination
summon us and our work. As we engage in
the unconditional acceptance of others, let
us expose love to all who need it.

I'm happy to announce that yoga classes with Jordyn will be resuming this Sunday at 630pm!

"After somewhat of a postpartum hiatus, I will be back in the studio this fall for our Autumn Renewal series every other Sunday evening at 6:30pm from Sept 8th-November 17th.

We are all beginners. There is no such thing as perfection in yoga. Come breathe and move your way into your own style of living meditation with us.
