Activity: Western Movie and Popcorn

Story: Our Jayme was hoping to watch horses, so she and her friends discussed some options. Together they decided upon watching a John Wayne movie together. Then they joked that all they needed to make the moment complete was popcorn. So of course I made some! These ladies were elated!

This month’s theme meal was Italian. The dietary staff made delicious Chicken Parmesan, garden salad and garlic bread for lunch. Our new Life Enrichment Coordinator, Juanita Martinez, fully committed to the theme making Italian sodas and coming up with decor to make this a meal to remember! The residents enjoyed the experience and are looking forward to next month’s theme meal.
